Cast-in-place concrete
Thanks to IBT solutions for cast-in-place concrete, individual plans can be realized without any problems.
Cast-in-place concrete enables individual installation on site. A distinction is made between horizontal formwork with only one formwork side (e.g. ceiling formwork) and vertical formwork with two formwork sides (working formwork and counter formwork in the wall area). Spelsberg offers proven and tested electrical installation solutions.

The U 120 GRO large conduit ceiling box offers sufficient connection options. The box is very flexible for use in cast-in-place concrete and in prefabricated ceilings.
The KOT cone funnels offer many advantages for an easy and safe transition between wall to wall or wall to ceiling.
Variable front parts for the IBT LED 1-O installation housing offer individuality in planning and designing with light. The housing itself provides the necessary installation space in the wall.
The U 71 flat, device, device junction or large conduit boxes offer the right combination for every application. The individual installation depth can be extended as required using the deep box. The U 71 K GVD-3 shown here is Spelsberg's most frequently installed box in Cast-in-place concrete.
The U 71 BWD GVD-2-60 reinforcement box eliminates the need for support rail technology for installation in the area of opposing formwork. This leads to a safe, simple and quick installation, even in exposed concrete.
The K 4 EK universal mounting enclosure enables a customized solution for planning and installation in cast-in-place concrete. The enclosure offers the perfect protection for smart technologies.
For retrofitting in prefabricated ceilings, the IBTronic Drillbox XL with additional connection space creates plenty of room for retrofits and operating devices.
Spelsberg's products have been specially developed for on-site processing and therefore offer maximum efficiency and safety during processing, which means that optimum exposed concrete can also be produced.
