Equipment junction box for horizontal factory finishing, 1-part, diameter 60 mm, with enlarged...
The Precon system has been designed especially for horizontal factory production and so offers maximum processing efficiency and safety.
The products are certified in accordance with DIN 49073 - accommodation of accessories. Greater safety is achieved by a particularly secure fixing for opposing formwork with the aid of the support spar technology.
The fully-usable conduit insertions allow faster assembly and greater flexibility. The Precon System eliminates the search for individual parts as the box and its lid are injection moulded in one piece. No tools are needed for conduit adaptations during factory production. Faster and error-free assembly means improved safety and lower installation costs.
Prefabricated Concrete Installation means the industrial production of wall and ceiling elements in the concrete plant and is carried out by pouring the concrete in formworks when laying down (horizontal) or standing upright (vertical) (battery moulds, vibration and tilting tables, etc.). The precast concrete elements are transported to the construction site and assembled there. The construction of the prefabricated ceilings (filigree floor) saves the slab formwork on site.
We all know the challenges that today’s data-intensive applications pose for the network. Recent events (with increased working from home and home schooling) have highlighted the limitations here. Regardless of this clock speeds are increasing significantly with data growth, whether through the Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud-Computing, interactive TV, streaming services or cloud gaming.
In response to these challenges, Spelsberg has developed P71 DATA. Its key advantage is the expanded installation space (according to DIN 18015-1) allowing application neutral communications cabling to be accommodated.
The bending radii of both copper and also of glass fibre can be adhered to without problems. By means of the integrated M32 conduit adapter, duplex lines can also be introduced easily. Here it is irrelevant whether we are dealing with network level 4 or 5.
Anyone who does not consider the digital challenges of the future in their planning today will be left languishing in the past tomorrow.
It is important to pay attention to sustainable in-building network infrastructure as early as the planning stage. To lay the foundations for this, the DigiNetz Act has already been in place since 2016, which stipulates high-speed network infrastructure in the construction of new apartment buildings. Further information can be found in the linked handout from the German Federal Ministry of Digital Affairs and Transport (BMDV).
The P71 DATA Branch socket can be combined with the standard junction box of the Precon series and is equally suitable for network components and smart home devices.
The support spar technology ensures particularly secure fastening when installing on opposing formwork, so that error sources are ruled out. Conduit inserts remain accessible without restriction. Further advantages of the support spar technique are the quick assembly, greater flexibility, lower costs.
By using support spars (STH), U71 blind socket (BSK) or opposing socket, variable wall thicknesses can be overcome with opposing formwork.
Note: In event of extreme loads, additional interconnection frames can be used.
It applies: Support spar length = Wall thickness - 1 cm
The conduit adaptation takes place outside the enclosure and without tools by a EasyCut membrane openings. The adapters is slid in from above, which contributes to increased ergonomics. Movement of the socket by lateral insertion is ruled out
